Our organic fair-trade cacao is priced at over $12.00/lb (24 times more than palm oil!), and our natural low glycemic index sweetener blend costs about $175/lb (over 1,000 times more expensive than standard sugar!). The inclusion of protein also contributes to higher costs.
As a small business that crafts our products in-house from the ground up, we do not rely on pre-made chocolates.
