Shipping policy
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If an address is provided with both a street address and PO box, then the order will be shipped to the street address. If a street address is not available, then the order will be automatically cancelled.
In Canada we ship with UniUni, UPS, Purolator and Intelcom. Shipments will be delivered your front door or to the mailroom area in Condos/Apartments.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days from the time the order is shipped.
- Priority Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from the time the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days from the time the order is shipped.
Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping depends on your region and is calculated based on your order total after discounts and before taxes. For regions where Expedited Shipping is available, the free shipping threshold is two items ($99). For regions where the shipping option is Standard Shipping, the free shipping threshold is three items ($149). Order adjustments to add next-day delivery, express delivery, or courier-specific shipping upgrades are not eligible for free shipping.
Some regions, such as remote or non-major urban areas, have additional fuel surcharges or other courier-related fees which increase the cost of delivery. As defined by Canada Post’s Table 9, and Table 11 these postal codes are considered remote or non urban and therefore fall under Standard Shipping. Orders shipped to these regions do not qualify for two item free shipping threshold and instead qualify for free shipping only when the order quantity is three or more items. Orders shipping to NT, NU, and YT are not eligible for free shipping. The Free Shipping promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
